Shipping Policy

These Shipping Terms & Conditions (“Shipping Policy”) apply to all purchases made through the Oprimaze website, operated by Nanolab LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Time
 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak times or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
 
We ship within the United States using standard and expedited shipping options:
 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, carrier delays, and order volume.

3. Shipping Rates
 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or during promotional events (see product pages or banners for eligibility).

4. Order Tracking
 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery progress.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions
 

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

  • Due to regulatory restrictions, nasal spray products may not be shipped internationally.

6. Delivery Issues
 

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

  • For unresolved issues, reach out to us at hello@oprimaze.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Nanolab LLC is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
 

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

  • Refunds for undeliverable orders will be issued minus original shipping costs unless due to our error.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
 

  • Orders cannot be modified once submitted.

  • To request cancellation before shipping, email us at hello@oprimaze.com immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.

9. Policy Changes
 
Nanolab LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page.
