At Nanolab LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
 
To qualify for a refund:
 

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The nasal spray must be returned with at least 50% of the product remaining.

  • The original packaging must be included when possible.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
 
Refunds will not be issued if:
 

  • The product is more than 50% used.

  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The item was purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.

  • The request lacks valid proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
  
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
 

  • Contact us at hello@oprimaze.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and a photo or video of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

4. Return Process
 
To request a return:
 

  1. Email us at hello@oprimaze.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
 
If your refund hasn’t posted:
 

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.
