These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Nanolab LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Oprimaze (“Oprimaze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200-A, Reno, NV 89502. They govern your access to and use of https://www.oprimaze.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or purchase products. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Health & product disclaimer

Oprimaze products are hemp-derived cannabinoid formulations (a non-intoxicating THCV, CBD and CBC blend that contains no THC) in nasal spray format — dietary supplements, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general educational purposes only, is not medical advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

• Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take any medication.
• Decisions about starting, continuing, or stopping any prescription weight-loss therapy (including GLP-1 medications) belong with you and your healthcare provider. Oprimaze products are not a replacement for medical treatment.
• Follow the printed directions and do not exceed the recommended use. Keep out of reach of children.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Square; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is not accepted until we confirm and ship it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, ordering errors, or unavailability — and will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order.

We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information, we may cancel affected orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically each month at the stated subscription price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — from your account or by emailing support@oprimaze.com — and cancellation takes effect for future renewals. Renewal charges are processed by Square to your payment method on file. Each shipped order remains covered by our 30-day guarantee.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described on our Support page. Refunds and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our Refund policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier.

6. Site chat

The site assistant is an automated AI feature provided for general product questions. Its responses are informational, may contain errors, are not medical advice, and do not form part of any contract. For anything that matters, confirm with support@oprimaze.com.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Do not resell our products without our written authorization, or misrepresent their nature, ingredients, or claims;
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its security; and
• Do not use automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and the Oprimaze name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the Site to shop with us. No other use is permitted without our written consent.

9. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services (such as Square for payments and our hosting, email, and AI providers) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will produce a particular result. Individual results vary.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanolab LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanolab LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Washoe County, Nevada, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Where arbitration does not apply, the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
